With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Julie brings a strong and well-rounded background in labor and employment, litigation, and corporate legal practice. After eight years with Dartmouth’s Office of General Counsel, she transitioned to the Office of Labor Relations and the Executive Vice President’s Office, where she serves as Director of Strategic Operations. In this role, Julie works closely with the Vice President of Strategic Operations to help translate the EVP’s strategic vision into actionable priorities across the institution, while also contributing directly to labor relations strategy.

Within the Office of Labor Relations, she supports collective bargaining efforts, oversees Collective Bargaining Agreements, and leverages labor data to guide decision-making. Julie, who attended Boston University, brings a thoughtful combination of legal expertise and analytical insight. Her ability to connect these disciplines makes her a trusted partner in advancing fair, effective, and compliant labor relations, while also strengthening broader institutional strategy.
