With more than 18 years of experience in the legal field, including eight years in Dartmouth’s Office of General Counsel supporting legal work in labor and employment, student affairs, litigation, and corporate matters, Julie transitioned to the Office of the Executive Vice President and now serves as Director of Strategic Operations. In this role, she works closely with the Vice President for Strategic Operations to translate the EVP’s vision into actionable institutional priorities. 

Within the Office of Labor Relations, Julie manages key aspects of the collective bargaining process, leads the development and oversight of labor relations data systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows that support informed decision-making, organizational effectiveness, and the administration of collective bargaining agreements.

Julie brings a strong combination of legal expertise and analytical insight. Her ability to connect these disciplines makes her a trusted partner in advancing fair, effective, and compliant labor relations while strengthening broader institutional strategy.
