About Our Office
The Office of Labor Relations (OLR) is responsible for all labor relations matters at Dartmouth. The OLR is responsible for collective bargaining negotiations, contract administration and enforcement, managing the grievance and arbitration process, responding to information requests, delivering labor-management education for Dartmouth leadership and managers of both unionized and non-unionized employees, and partnering with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) on labor-related legal matters.
The OLR also reinforces strong labor-management working relationships with the unions at Dartmouth. The OLR provides guidance on employment policies and workplace issues for both unionized and non-unionized staff, partnering with OGC on employment-related legal matters.
