Kyle Posey, Senior Labor Relations Specialist, joined the Office of Labor Relations in 2025 after serving for several years in a similar role with the federal government.  Before joining Dartmouth, Kyle began his career as an attorney in private practice in Rhode Island before transitioning to the federal service as an Attorney Advisor with the Social Security Administration (SSA).  While at SSA, Kyle focused on providing guidance and counsel to local managers and agency leadership on implementing, interpreting, and administering collective bargaining agreements for SSA's judges, attorneys, and support staff.  He later served in a similar role as an Employee and Labor Relations Specialist with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

At Dartmouth, Kyle is committed to providing timely labor relations support to our stakeholders while fostering and maintaining a healthy, strong, and productive relationship with our union partners throughout the lifetime of a collective bargaining agreement, from negotiation all the way through to implementation, training, and support.  He received a B.A. in Philosophy from Dickinson College and a J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law.
